Client data: When you use our apps to send communications, we store client names and email addresses solely to deliver those communications on your behalf.

Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as emails sent and open rates to provide your dashboard statistics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your clients' data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (email delivery, hosting) solely to operate the Service.

4. Practice Management Integrations

If you connect a practice management system (e.g. Clio), we store OAuth tokens to read matter and contact data on your behalf. We only access the data necessary to operate the features you use. You can disconnect integrations at any time from your Settings page.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and activity history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted passwords and secure HTTPS connections. No system is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
